Refund Policy

Preferred Family Medicine offers both monthly and discounted prepaid membership plans. Our goal is to provide transparent pricing and consistent, high-quality care.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time and will remain active through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds.

6-Month and Annual Memberships

Prepaid plans are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a commitment to ongoing care.

• If no services have been used, you may request a prorated refund.
• Once any medical service has been provided, the membership is considered substantially used and is non-refundable.

Services include:

• Office visits (in-person or virtual)
• Messaging or consultations with your physician
• Prescription management
• Lab review or test interpretation
• Orders for labs, imaging, or referrals

Why This Policy Exists

Our membership model provides immediate access to your physician and ongoing care coordination. Even a single interaction often involves physician time, medical review, and clinical decision-making.
