We are seeking a professional and dedicated receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

You will support the general operations of our South Reno clinic, including patient/member support and sales with a concierge mindset.   1. Greet patients and visitors warmly and ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
  2. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
  3. Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of appointment slots and accurate documentation of appointments in the electronic scheduling system.
  4. Verify patient information and pertinent details during check-in, updating records as necessary. Attention to detail is paramount.
  5. Collect  payments for services rendered, accurately recording transactions and providing receipts to patients.
  6. Assist with patient registration and intake forms, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered into the electronic medical records system.
  7. Coordinate referrals to specialists and obtain necessary authorization from insurance companies.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including stocking supplies and keeping reading materials up-to-date.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth flow of information and patient care.
  10. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.


  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience working as a receptionist in a medical office or similar healthcare setting preferred.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with patients and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling appointments and managing electronic medical records.
  6. Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with insurance verification processes preferred.
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and processing payments.

Medical Assistant


We are looking for a full-time medical assistant with skills in the following areas:

  • Phlebotomy (helpful, but we can train)

  • CPR Certification preferred but not required

To be certified as a pharmacy dispensing technician, the candidate must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must have no felony or misdemeanor convictions on charges related to drugs and must have no history of drug abuse.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a wide spectrum of office/clinical duties as well as technology.

We are essentially a paperless office, so expect to utilize a variety of software applications.

Travel Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Clinic RN to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a strong background in travel medicine.



- Administer travel vaccinations and medications to patients

- Provide pre-travel consultations and advice to patients

- Educate patients on travel health risks and preventative measures

- Review patient medical histories and assess their travel health needs

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care

- Stay up-to-date on current travel health recommendations and guidelines



- Active RN license in good standing

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in travel medicine or primary care

- Strong knowledge of travel health risks and preventative measures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and a passion for improving patient outcomes.



- Plan and coordinate clinical research studies, including study design, data collection, and analysis

- Recruit and enroll study participants, ensuring that eligibility criteria are met

- Obtain informed consent and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Collect and manage study data, including data entry, coding, and analysis

- Maintain accurate study records and ensure data integrity

- Coordinate study-related activities with study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and institutional review boards (IRBs)

- Ensure compliance with study protocols and guidelines

- Assist with manuscript preparation and submission



- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, or equivalent experience

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRC, preferably in a clinical research setting

- Knowledge of clinical research regulations and guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in electronic data capture (EDC) systems and Google Workspace Suite.
