Medical Assistant
We are looking for a full-time medical assistant with skills in the following areas:
- Phlebotomy (helpful, but we can train)
- Medication management
- Rooming and vitals
- Customer service

- CPR Certification preferred but not required

To be certified as a pharmacy dispensing technician, the candidate must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must have no felony or misdemeanor convictions on charges related to drugs and must have no history of drug abuse.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a wide spectrum of office/clinical duties as well as technology.
We are essentially a paperless office, so expect to utilize a variety of software applications.

Travel Clinic Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Clinic RN to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a strong background in travel medicine.
Responsibilities:
- Administer travel vaccinations and medications to patients
- Provide pre-travel consultations and advice to patients
- Educate patients on travel health risks and preventative measures
- Review patient medical histories and assess their travel health needs
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Stay up-to-date on current travel health recommendations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in travel medicine or primary care
- Strong knowledge of travel health risks and preventative measures

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate clinical research studies, including study design, data collection, and analysis
- Recruit and enroll study participants, ensuring that eligibility criteria are met
- Obtain informed consent and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collect and manage study data, including data entry, coding, and analysis
- Maintain accurate study records and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate study-related activities with study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and institutional review boards (IRBs)
- Ensure compliance with study protocols and guidelines
- Assist with manuscript preparation and submission
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRC, preferably in a clinical research setting
- Knowledge of clinical research regulations and guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in electronic data capture (EDC) systems and Google Workspace Suite.
