Continue with a Trusted Physician
Former CirrusMED patients of Dr. Schumacher may continue care through Preferred Family Medicine, when appropriate and available.

You will use Elation Passport as your new secure portal for messages, forms, and ongoing care coordination.
Direct Communication Access
Established patients will also have direct access through the Spruce app for secure phone and text communication.
