Primary Services

Unlimited Access to Your Doctor

Literally. After hours, weekends, holidays – there is no bad time to receive access for acute medical issues. Easily schedule your appointments by phone or online.

Extended, Relaxed Visits

You won’t feel rushed through an appointment, and there’s never a question you won’t have time to ask. Part of the relationship you’ll build with your doctor is based on your understanding of your care. Now that’s what we call personal healthcare.

Comprehensive Annual Physical and Employment/School Physicals

This exam will be fitted to your personal medical needs. It’s all about you, and your specific goals for wellness. A physical exam will be done, and appropriate tests will be ordered. We will also make sure you are up to date with all recommended health screenings.

Pediatric Care

Our doctors treat patients of all ages, including newborns and children. Well-child and sick visits are included in the membership fee. Contact our office for vaccine availability.

We do perform circumcisions for both member patients and non-member patients.

In-Office Pharmacy

You've seen the doctor and need a prescription. How nice would it be if the doctor handed you the medication right there in the office? Well, that's what we do! We have in-office medication dispensing. We pass on our significantly discounted cash pricing to our patients, which almost always beats insurance-covered pricing. We carry many of the commonly prescribed medications used in primary care.

Preventive Cardiology

We go beyond the standard cardiovascular testing. Our patient have in-office access to exercise stress testing amd EKG. All of this is available at no additional charge for our active members, along with intense preventive cardiovascular disease coaching.

Full Access Via Technology

You’ll be able to reach us and your medical information via internet, webcam, e-mail and text. Need an appointment or have a question? Just message us and we'll get right back to you!

Weight Loss

Medically supervised weight loss and obesity management. We will work with you to achieve sustained weight loss. Safe, effective, proven weight loss under physician guidance. We are able to dispense medications right out of the office, so you won't have to go to a pharmacy.

Home Visits

Difficulty getting to the office? Sometimes it is just not possible to make it to the office. If telemedicine isn't your thing, we may just be able swing by your home for a good old-fashioned house call.

Vaccinations

Routine vaccinations are not only part of a preventive medicine strategy, but are just plain smart to get. Flu shots may be provided at cost for our members. Contact our office for cost & availability of other vaccines. For routine childhood vaccinations, we may refer out to the health department or a pharmacy.

Diagnostic Ultrasound

DDeeply discounted self-pay ultrasound services are available to members and non-members. We offer both traditional diagnostic imaging to aid in diagnoses of medical conditions and screening ultrasounds to assess the organs and vascular system. All ultrasounds are performed by experienced technicians and read by board-certified radiologists. For more information click here.

Consultations with Specialists

If you require a consultant for specialty medical care, our doctors will work closely with the specialist. Because we are not affiliated with any healthcare systems in the area, the choice is to made together with you.

Minor Procedures

For example, minor suturing, cryotherapy, and skin biopsy are all included in your membership fee. If there is an extra charge for a service, you will know exactly what it is before proceeding. There are special labs and procedures that may require an additional fee. Our members receive a discounted price for these special labs and procedures.

NOTE: Membership include 1 elective skin procedure per month. Additional procedures are time-permitting or per the discretion of the treating provider.

Women's Care

Routine women's health including routine gynecological exams (Pap tests), contraception management (including IUD placement), hormone replacement, and breast exams.
